A design proposal for NextJump, an ecommerce company dedicated to changing workplace culture.  In response to their unique work culture, the entire floor was strategically redesigned to accommodate flexible spaces, overlapping of program, and seamless blending between indoor and outdoor environments.    The design reflects a change in workplace culture where the lines between the office and the home is blurred, necessitating a new typology.
